This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Washflexible ("we," "us," or "our") processes refunds and cancellations for consultation services, educational products, and structured programs purchased through our website at washflexible.world or directly via email and phone communication.

2. General Principles

We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices. All paid services are described clearly before purchase, including scope, duration, and pricing. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the timing of your cancellation request, and whether the service has been partially or fully delivered.

This policy applies to all clients regardless of location. Additional consumer protection rights may apply in your jurisdiction under local law, and nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights where applicable.

3. Consultation Session Refunds

3.1 Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Appointment

If you cancel a scheduled consultation session at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee or, at your preference, rescheduling to an alternative date at no additional charge.

3.2 Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Appointment

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee. The remaining 50% covers administrative costs and the reserved time slot. You may request rescheduling instead of a partial refund, subject to availability.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the full session fee is non-refundable. We will attempt to contact you by email and phone before marking a session as a no-show. If you experienced an emergency, contact us within 24 hours to discuss your situation.

3.4 Consultation Not Yet Conducted

If you have paid for a consultation but have not yet attended the session and wish to cancel entirely, a full refund is available regardless of timing, provided the session has not been conducted and no preparatory materials have been customized for your session.

4. Educational Products and Digital Materials

4.1 Downloadable Guides and Workbooks

Due to the digital nature of downloadable educational products, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. Once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

4.2 Printed Materials

Physical educational materials that have not been shipped are eligible for a full refund upon request. Once materials have been shipped, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error.

4.3 Defective or Incorrect Materials

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect materials, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

5. Structured Programs and Multi-Week Challenges

5.1 Before Program Start Date

If you cancel enrollment in a structured program before the official start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover enrollment processing costs.

5.2 After Program Start Date

Once a program has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered weeks or modules. Completed weeks or modules are non-refundable. To request a mid-program cancellation refund, contact us with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.

5.3 Program Completion

No refunds are available after a program has been fully completed or after all program materials and sessions have been delivered, regardless of your satisfaction with the educational content. Our programs provide general informational guidance, and individual experiences may vary.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

8. Rescheduling Policy

As an alternative to cancellation, you may reschedule consultation sessions or program start dates at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or program start date. Rescheduling is available once per booking without penalty; additional rescheduling requests may incur a $15 administrative fee.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of access to services and future booking restrictions.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately at admin@washflexible.world and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed
  • Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • No-show consultation sessions without prior cancellation notice
  • Third-party fees or charges not collected directly by Washflexible
  • Gift purchases after the gift recipient has redeemed or accessed the service

11. Satisfaction and Service Quality

While we do not offer refunds based on subjective satisfaction with educational content, we take service quality seriously. If you feel a consultation did not meet the described scope, contact us within 7 days of the session to discuss your concerns. We may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit toward future services at our discretion.

Our services provide general informational wellness guidance. We do not make claims about specific outcomes, and refund eligibility is not based on whether you achieved any particular result from following our educational suggestions.
